These terms are a contract between you and Dot On Duty governing your use of our website, dashboard, and AI phone dispatcher service (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to them.

The Service

Dot On Duty provides an AI dispatcher that answers, qualifies, and books calls on behalf of trades businesses. Features and availability may change as we improve the Service.

Early access

The Service may be offered as a beta or early-access program. It may contain bugs and is provided without uptime guarantees during this period. We may change or discontinue early-access features at any time.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate account and forwarding information.
  • Use the Service lawfully, including all telemarketing, call-recording, and consent laws that apply to you and your callers.
  • Keep your login credentials secure and your account up to date.

Call recording & consent

You authorize Dot to answer, record, and transcribe calls forwarded to it. You are responsible for any notice or consent required by law in the jurisdictions where you and your callers are located. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle this data.

Fees & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Plans include a monthly block of call minutes; usage beyond the block is billed at the rate shown for your plan. You can cancel anytime; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Dot is an automated assistant and may make mistakes; you remain responsible for confirming and servicing the jobs it books.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dot On Duty will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost business, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll take reasonable steps to let you know. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated terms.
