We collect information you give us directly — such as your name, shop name, email, and phone number when you join the waitlist, create an account, or contact us.

When Dot answers calls on your behalf, we process the call audio, recordings, and transcripts, along with caller-provided details like names, addresses, and the nature of the job, in order to qualify and book work for you.

We also collect limited technical data automatically (e.g. device, browser, and usage logs) to operate and secure the Service.

• To answer, transcribe, qualify, and book calls for your shop.
• To provide the dashboard, calendar, and customer records.
• To send service, billing, and account communications.
• To improve reliability, safety, and quality of the Service.

Dot may record and transcribe calls. Where the law requires notice or consent, Dot discloses recording at the start of the call. You are responsible for ensuring your use of recording complies with the laws that apply to you and your callers.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Service (for example, telephony, speech, calendar, and infrastructure vendors) under contracts that limit their use of it, or when required by law.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business or legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your account data, subject to records we're required to retain.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
